What is equality?
Equality in my opinion is everyone being treated equally regardless of sex, race, age, whatever it may be... we are all equal and should have the same opportunities as everyone else. But what happens in reality? I'm going to pick on the women here because I am one... we have women only groups, we want more jobs for women, we want equal pay, we want to be equal to men. Reality check! How do we feel, or how would we feel, if there were men only groups? Do we deserve the job just because we are women? Are we capable of the job and are we worth the money? What equality means to me is what it says... EQUAL! These recruitment drives by large Companies, stipulating that they want 20% more women employees - NO! This I do not agree with because the only box they tick is that they are female! Give the jobs to the best applicant regardless of sex. The economy will suffer by recruiting in this way and in my eyes it's clear discrimination against men, this current stance by women is in danger of driving an even bigger wedge between society. If Companies ignore the best candidate for the job because they are male and wanted a female just to tick boxes then how is that not treating men how the women are currently being treated and fighting so hard to overcome... these Companies could be employing the second, third or even fourth best candidate just because they are a woman! This is crazy and in my eyes, clear discrimination against men - we are actually in danger of going the opposite way. There was a recent ground breaking case of discrimination within the Cheshire Police force against a white heterosexual male who was denied his dream job, he was a strong candidate for the role yet he didn't tick any minority boxes... and so it begins. Click here to read the story Women should be joining the groups already established, they should only be awarded the job if they are capable and as good, if not better, than the male applicants and should be paid accordingly. It would appear that women are not looking for equality but discrimination in their favour. This is not equality this is CHARITY. So lets stop flinging our bras in the air and start earning our place in this world by hard work and recognition of our efforts.

I agree 100%. I’ve seen numerous stories about businesses having to be shown to have equal men and women employed. So if they have 70% male and only 30% women, advertise for a vacancy, the perfect candidate is male and an ok candidate is female, they are pressured to hire the female just to even things out.

I just want to say Thank You to everyone who supported me through the years. My name is Manuel Franco, New Berlin, Wisconsin. My story of how I won the Powerball lottery of $768.4M is a bit of a tale. I have been playing Powerball tickets for 6 years now since I turned 18. I bought my first ticket on my 18 birthday. I was feeling very lucky that day because I had contacted Dr. Odunga Michael to help me with the winning Powerball numbers. I really had that great great feeling that I looked at the camera wanting to wink at it. I only did a tiny part of it and trusted him. He gave me the numbers after I played a couple other tickets along with it for $10. I checked my ticket after the winnings came online and saw the numbers were correct including the Power play. I screamed for about 10 minutes because it felt like a dream. I had won $768.4M. You can check my winning testimony with the lottery officials just with my name search. Thank you Dr Odunga. Well, his email is [email protected] and you can also call or Whats-app him at +2348167159012 so you guys can contact him
