The world of Business is a scary place and the people in it even scarier... or are they?
Simply no, they are real people just like you and me. They laugh, they cry and they make mistakes. Many times I have sat next to an owner of a successful Company and thought 'What do I say?', 'Will they think I'm stupid if I talk to them?', 'Am I worthy of talking to them?' This is obviously my self conscience talking and I usually end up talking rubbish with them about my son's silly exploits, because do you know what? They are human and are not scary at all! Everyone starts from the bottom and just because they've made it to the top does not make them God. However, if you do talk to them and they think they're God then just switch seats because they're not scary... they are just being an asshole! But don't be afraid, sit with them, talk to them and you may be pleasantly surprised.

Real people are worse than fictional ones, that is true. If you are envious of the characters in books or in movies, then that is only natural. It is because we are not the same as them, that we were able to write them. Fictional characters are the people who we want to be, not the people who we are. I may sound really depressing and pessimistic, however, that is just the reality of the things, at least in my opinion.
